      At Uber you have access to endless opportunities for professional growth across multiple geographic locations, and you are very much in the driver's seat of your own journey. It is not only possible, but also welcomed, to explore areas and functions outside of your typical scope. Being able to 're-invent yourself' within new disciplines is a great way to develop both professionally and personally.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
