      - Lots of interesting projects to work on: The company is constantly expanding into new areas, which means no shortage of new projects - Opportunities for growth: Joined as a front-end engineer, a few months in already getting opportunities to learn and work with full-stack - Comp is very competitive, with potential IPO next year - Team specific: My manager and team are very supportive and advocate strongly for a good work / life balance

      Cons

      - Organization: With fast growth, it's easy for things to become disorganized - outdated docs, multiple redundant resources, etc.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
