      Pros

      There's no other place where you have collaborative work. People like to get together in order to solve problems, help one another with the projects. It's a place where you can grow up professionally involving yourself in a lot of different projects. A company focused on the future of cities.

      Cons

      There is competition. But I don't see it as a con, once you're pushed to give your best.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
