Pros
great product, good benefits, you can have a work life balance, you can take more or less work if you like, ask for more projects or less if you are feeling overwhelmed. You are required to be in the office 3 days a week. New London office is amazing.
Cons
it's difficult to get promoted and lots of work you do is useless, cuz it does not get alignment on a leadership level, so trying to push smth from the bottom is hard.
