      There are clear collaborators, and some smart delegators. Organisation has great mission story, ways of working and if you are in the right place right time, you can really reach your full potential

      Cons

      You need to speak up if something doesn't feel like it is working for you in a way that can be heard. That varies situation to situation.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
