Pros
It's full time., and the people are good., it's an easy job., and the customers are good to you.. It can be fun. They work around your schedule
Cons
There's a lot of drama., baking is hard when you only have one person when it's busy. They are not very nice to you when you have kids ( missing days., booking days off etc. )
