Pros
The team environment was generally positive, but my coworkers made the shifts go by faster. Management was decent about working around my school schedule, which I appreciated. You learn to work quickly and handle stress, which are valuable skills.
Cons
A lot of customers can be quite rude, especially if there's any wait time. The work is repetitive, and shifts feel long when it's slow.
