Pros
Great culture, Fun people, accommodating benefits SPIFS
Cons
Downright abuse of reps - work life balance doesnt exist in this role. Hoo rah type of culture, not for everybody. Base salary is more than $15,000 under industry standard. Values reps who are willing to be overworked for a 'chance' at a raise every 6 months. Those raises rarely come, the first two raises together still leave you with a base salary well below the industry standard. claims to value its employees, puts their people first - first to boot them out the door when talk of raises are brought up. Long story short, their values are not in line with the company's practice. Anyone in sales, I would stay away. Great starter job, but get your experience and RUN. they are more than happy to pay you under $50k a year until you get offers for 80-100k, realize your worth and ask for a raise. Then, they'll most likely pull every customer complaint they can find from the beginning of time (literally, my first week in role) and use those as grounds to fire you without cause before you have the chance to resign. That, or offer you a pat on the back and tell you to keep your head down.
