You are well taken care of. Most of the people coming in those doors have no experience at all. Softchoice is amazing for giving people a chance in the best industry out there. I love Softchoice, and if you come in with the right mindset, you will too. The people who hate on a company like Softchoice are typically people who 1) Don't realize working is hard no matter where you are 2) Are generally entitled people with little experience other than a College/University degree under their belt 3) have no experience to compare Softchoice to, other than McDonalds or some 10 person company which has no relevance to what you will experience at Softchoice. Where else can you stand to earn $100k/year in your first few years, and eventually grow within a handful of years to earning over $250k/year. Softchoice is the best university for Technology Sales experience. The unlikely decision to make a career of Softchoice in my opinion would still prove to be a decent decision. Short or long term, this is a fantastic company for anyone in Tech.
