Our entire team is equipped with the tools and support to work remotely, without compromise. Our culture is also evolving. Expect virtual socials, casual check-ins and company-wide meet ups. We’re even blocking-out family hours to make your day-to-day easier. Applying for a job? You won’t need a mask. Just a webcam and a smile as we shift to video interviews and onboarding, and shipping self-configuring laptops directly to your door.

Social Impact

We’re proving that technology is a means to a better world. Our ONEsoftchoice committee raises awareness about diversity and inclusion and removes barriers to success, with a growing network of employee resource groups. These include Shades of Orange, the Black Employee Resource Group, Orange Pride and Leading Women. With Softchoice Cares, we’re helping bridge the digital divide in our own communities and beyond.

Women In Tech

The employee-led Leading Women group is focused on empowering our female colleagues through mentorships and unique training opportunities, as we pursue our mission for gender equality. We are also proud supporters of Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp. With competitive parental benefits, workplace flexibility and our diversity and inclusion efforts, we’re laying the foundation for a new generation of female technologists, today.

Innovation

Our Innovation Team is in charge of getting the lead on today’s most exciting and cutting-edge technology trends – then figuring out the best way we can turn them into real, repeatable and outstanding business results. Here, you’ll expand your network with industry thought leaders, sharpen your skills with elite training and certifications, and take on fresh and dynamic industry challenges. And you will do it all while working closely with a top performing team and the world’s best technology brands, such as Microsoft, Amazon, VMware, Cisco and many more.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Softchoice.

    Interview

I applied Online for the Associate role. Since there was a Pandemic, they took time approaching me for an interview. The first round was with HR. We spoke in detail about this role and a bit about my experience.

The second round was scheduled within a week with the Hiring Manager. The second round was focused on technical aspects of the role and we discussed in detail how I performed my tasks in previous organizations. Questions were focused and I had a very good conversation with the Hiring Manager.

The Third round was again scheduled within a week and this time I was being interviewed by the Director. The Interview revolved around the necessity for such a role and potential challenges.

The final round was scheduled on a Monday and by Thursday I was offered the role.
