    I think you would be hard pressed to find a more dog-friendly workplace than the one the folks at Softchoice enjoy. That much is apparent when you first step inside their Liberty Village offices and are greeted by Clyde (pictured below), an impressive presa canario who is, in my estimation, one of the best 'receptionists' you will ever have the pleasure to meet.

    Advice to Management

    Softchoice is a great place for tech sales. I’ve worked at companies 4 times it size before and never received such great sales training. The Sales academy is really effective and super informative, the support throughout it is very helpful. Honestly, they set you up for success.

    The company itself is innovative, senior management seems very strong. My only issue is with direct managers, sometimes I think re-evaluating and more coaching if direct managers would be in the companies best interest.
