      Pros

      Not much politics in engineering, high focus on impact and work output. People are generally friendly, willing to help and I've had great mentorship as a junior. I have a good manager and it goes a long way but some are not as lucky.

      Cons

      A lot of reorgs, people moving in and out of teams. Company as a whole lack diversity.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
