- Terribly disorganized as an international bank - Customer service will hang up on you and your clients - Systems will be down on a weekly basis, leaving you to turn away customers - Systems are incredibly buggy and don't work - Communication between call centre and branch is almost nonexistent - Call centre connects you to south America with bad connection and really thick accents - Training is all over the place: you never really know what you should be doing - Processes for different transactions are unecessarily convoluted - Avg employee turnover 6 months Think I'm exaggerating? Go work at a branch and find out. Or ask someone who currently works there
