Friendly, Lots of opportunities, great place to work overall. It is a place that emanates Stability, very reliable. Management is concerned about each employee on a personal level.
Cons
Low salary comparing with other Banks. To be underpaid is the only great problem I see at Scotiabank. besides that, all the other aspects are pretty positive,
