Cons
There are a lot of micro-managers just to keep the status-quo. It's unfortunate that a lot of talents are not leveraged because of bad leaders in that division. Misused position tenure policy that requires employees to remain in a position for at least 3 years, despite Senior Leaders encourage employees to be the owners of their career growth and it is communicated across the organization; the majority of supervisors limit your opportunities to grow based on this policy.
