Pros

Good work/life balance. Lots of opportunities to move within Business Lines. Open door policy hence Executives are open to meet you to discuss your career growth and provide you with great insights. You have the opportunity to be assigned to other countries of course will depend on which project or department you are working for. A lot of respect for employees.

Cons

There are a lot of micro-managers just to keep the status-quo. It's unfortunate that a lot of talents are not leveraged because of bad leaders in that division. Misused position tenure policy that requires employees to remain in a position for at least 3 years, despite Senior Leaders encourage employees to be the owners of their career growth and it is communicated across the organization; the majority of supervisors limit your opportunities to grow based on this policy. Benefits are okay. You can make more money in other bank.
