Great atmosphere at the call center. The people make the environment. Many opportunities within the organization.

Salary low, opportunities are hard to come by. Motivation and moral aren't a key focus. employee engagement is lacking over the years. Benefits have change more out of pocket. Although there are opportunities its hard to move up..
