      Not a lot of people deal with scotia bank, so the workload is significantly less than other banks

      Cons

      poor management, the system is super old fashioned. customers are old and grumpy.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
