      good compensation and benefits, management is very approachable, people are friendly, many activities

      a lots of internal potentials but you have to stay at the current position for a certain time to be able to apply

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
