      Good brand name. Vacation benefits. Flexibility about time and work from home.

      Cons

      Very poor culture in IT & S area - focus is on passing the buck rather than getting the job done. Incompetent people can survive for a long time. Hard decisions are hardly made.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
