      No pros of working here

      Cons

      No job security at all! Layoffs almost every year, as they’re consistently outsourcing their operations to LATAM. No matter how much hard work you put in, you’re always replaceable. HR is totally non supportive of any requests. Additionally, significant pay disparities based on gender and immigrant status

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
