Business outlook
Pros
It was a very pleasant experience to do my first internship at SAP. My manager and colleagues were all very willing to support new employees. The work-life balance was also excellent, with 1-2 days of work from home and there are seldom cases of overtime work. In SAP, one can acquire a lot of experience related to B to B sales and SaaS.
Cons
The onboarding for new employees could be better organized. For instance, the company could conduct a unified training program lasting 1 to 2 weeks.
