Pros
- Very good benefits - Nice office with good and free canteen and free parking places (in central Berlin not common) - Very good work-life-balance, basically no overtime (for the few times it is needed, you can shorten work time the following week), depends on role and team though - direct managers very good (help you to develop, take responsibilty for you) - really good and broad career opportunities, especially for techies
Cons
- Restructurings in the last two years cause disruptions and unclear team/org goals - Salary is lower compared to other larger tech/geman manufacturing companies. For Berlin area though, pay is competitve, especially considering great work-life-balance and benfits - three required in office days per week (depends on the team, whether this is enforced)
