1. Messy management: Frequent changes of the management team. Wrong people in wrong positions. 2. Poor leadership: This results in a very high turnover rate. SAP is a respectable company, but it has seen talent escape as poor leadership threatens to dismantle the strong brand and local team developed by past, well-respected managers over many years. 3. Toxic culture: Complain, shout, and challenge with bias and emotion in meetings. 4. No career development. Lack of meaningful 1-1 and feedback on career development. They asked you to fill in the career plan on internal portal but no discussions. The development plan appears to be more of a to-do task for them, rather than a genuine effort to support your growth.
