free food,company car,salary,flexi-timing,gym,lot of leaves,no problems in coming late and going early,u can chit chat for 4 hours in coffee corner without feeling bad as there would many along with you.
Cons
no promotions,change of responsibilities too often,too many re-orgs and structural changes,team shifts,the reason provided for most of the re-orgs is that we have been asked to implement this change we ourselves dont know the reason.
