On the one side product learning curve is steep, like diving into a sea of knowledge, and things come with experience, you can only learn on the job with engagements, fuzzy working style and customers; on the other side, you learn what's needed for presentation and questions then you don't need to put in more efforts In the sales organisation, almost every role is individual contributors, not really have sense of belongings, hard to have meaningful connection No more employee engagement activities after covid and every year has org change or lay-off, lack of job security
