Pros

No Pros as of now

Cons

Company literally fired employees like anything, even they fired multiple freshers also who passed out of college and spent just 6-10 months in office. Even I got fired within 5 months of joining SAP. Whenever company is hiring employees atleast it should have the planned work for next 1-2 years. I left my very stable job and joined SAP which gave me surprise with 5 months of joining. And they project like they are providing internal opportunities, but these are all just for show off. The internal interviews were way tougher than interviews they take for external candidates. In my case, whole team they fired and they did not had any reason for it, simply they told it's just head count reduction. And they forcefully take the resignation from us by playing some cheap tricks(will provide severance package). Totally disappointed with the company, would not recommend to any of them. Please think twice before joining these kind of companies.

Pros

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

Cons

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
