You can get trained on anything everything inside SAP, the best thing is it happens in an informal way most of the time through pier to pier discussions. 7. No undue restrictions or pressure in taking leaves
Cons
1. You get too comfortable with the company it is a bit tough to quit SAP and fit into another corporate with some rigid rules. 2. Minimal onsite experience if you are in SAP Labs and a bit hectic travel schedule if you are in SAP GDC.
