Pros
• A vaste variety of technically interesting and other opportunities • So many capable, passionate and personally interesting colleagues of almost all ages • So many different cultures to encounter and cooperate with • Also financially a solid base on which to live • Even after nearly 26 years of software development I enjoy to go to work – almost every day!
Cons
• Like every other public company, SAP depends to a certain degree on its shareholders. The latter may try to influence the strategy of the company in order to increase the share prices on short term without caring about the long term consequences.
