Pros

Good benefits package Nice professional office sudo-modern systems good payroll system for clients

Cons

-Complete lack of on-boarding/ training to any capacity -high turn over rates caused by management decisions which push good employees to better places -An IT company with terrible IT infrastructure and support -Highly political organization that causes you to constantly watch your back and keep records of everything because you know someone (likely accounting) will try a pass the buck off when $h1t hits the fan. -Executives bring their friends on-board to remote office to watch over and report back on personnel

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
