Pros

Most employees are quite friendly.

Cons

Management spies on you and at the slightest discrepancy , they will start to micromanage you until they terminate you. Managers are hilariously arrogant. Zero accountability of their performances as management and if you question them with intelligence, they don't know how to react. Example, if a new hire has extra time on her/his day, they are training them, so its up to them to organize the new hire's daily schedule. Since they are spying on them, they will blame the new hire instead of acknowledging their fault and then, micromanagement until they will find an excuse.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
