Pros
In these times that job security and employment have been top of mind for our country, I have been so impressed with the amount of preparedness, intention, and overall care for employees that Paycom has considered while making crucial decisions that impact each individual team member but also the clients that we service on a daily basis. In my current department (HCM), sub department (Benefit Coordinator), I have experienced the role culture plays in the ability to work from home while still feeling engaged with my peers, supervisors, and upper management. I appreciate the value of this moreso than ever and recognize that this huge piece of our company really drives the motivation to perform the necessary responsibilities I have. As a Team Leader, I am still able to coach and develop those around me because I have been provided the tools to do so, even in these uncertain times. One thing I am certain of is that Paycom is continuing to thrive and impact the workforce by being an Industry Leader.
Cons
With our continuous growth, change is constant. It is super important to be flexible and adapt with those changes as they come. As a result though, this is an essential part of the innovations we see.
