      Share program is attractive but not worth the expected (unpaid) overtime.

      Cons

      Do not allow hybrid/remote work, even post-pandemic. No flexibility. Unrealistic (non-paid) overtime expectations make work-life balance next to impossible.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
