      Lots of opportunities to move up, relocate to other locations and training/education/experience with stretch roles.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of hours and sacrifices to get to a decent place. Shares don’t pay out as good anymore and bonuses and promotions rely heavily on how heavy your manager advocates for you.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
