      Benefits - extensive and good value Shares - something that makes you want to stay

      Cons

      Culture - too many people have stayed in the same positions for too long and don’t want change. Management- too many senior managers with little wish to make real change.

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
