      Great Experience but difficult to advance without support from bosses - Estimator PCL Construction Employee Review

      Pros

      Provided great perks for being a larger company like excellent benefits, expenses, etc. also you got to customize office for better ergonomics. also great for starting out at job.

      Cons

      Way too much hiring and subsequent layoffs. too much company family. not much room for improvement unless your boss actively pushes for you to get on training list. Favored the talkers over the hard workers. Felt there was an inner circle and rest of staff.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
