Employee Owned - Salaried staff have the opportunity to become owners with real shares that pay great dividends! Tons of potential to grow your career.

Cons

It can be a challenging working on world class projects! PCLers care about what they do and how they do it.... if you want an easy place to coast, this is not it.

Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
