Pros

Employer ownership. That's it! There are still a few old school employees that value the PCL culture, but they are becoming hard to find.

Cons

CIO is failing in a bad way. Multiple organizational restructuring, demotions, firings, and promoting unqualified people who are yes men to the CIO. was once a great company, now is a horrible environment and it is directly related to Mark Bryant coming in as CIO. PCL Executives are very smart so it is strange they can't see the mistake they made hiring this Toronto Native. He doesn't embrace or even value PCL's culture.
