      Close-knit culture for a large company. Great benefits especially health insurance and stock ownership. Qualified and skilled Field and Project Management employees.

      Cons

      Required to relocate, sometimes with short notice. As with much of the industry, you are expected to work long hours.

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
