      Pros

      A strong family/employee oriented culture. Regardless of how large the company becomes, they have maintained to hold onto a fantastic culture. PCL has a strong benefit program which includes an incredible Share program. Work life balance is valued.

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
