      Great Company to Work for! Employee Owned and opportunities to advance. Management is very qualified and knowledgeable so it is easy to take direction.

      Cons

      The only item would be to add maternity / paternity benefits. No other cons to date. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
