Pros

OT solutions manage strategic areas of accounts supply chain Role covers a wide range of responsibilities Role suits team players. High level of interactions with other teams.

Cons

Role isn't rewarded enough and sometimes seen as a sub account executive in the organization. Base salary is lower than market and no car allowance. Commission system isn't completely fair, and commission not fully controlable. Position is expected to deliver high level of upsell/cross sell but for too little commissions on sales.

I no longer work there.

Cons

They do not value their employees. I was told to never take more than a week off at a time, or it was proof you were not needed. They do not value their customers. Channels created to allow customer feedback to management were shutdown because management did not want to have to deal with customers upset about product issues caused by their cost cutting.
