Cons
Almost continuous company acquisitions which result in the restructuring of the Customer Support system at least once a year. Boasts as Canada's best place to work, sending out employee reviews of the company then a week later making dramatic company wide lay-off's and citing reasons such as Consolidating of Resources as their reason yet off-shoring to the Philippines where no technical assists existed. Little to no regard to current employees, more interested in making headway and looking good at buying new companies then seriously developing non-buggy software.
