Not Employee based company - Anonymous employee OpenText Employee Review

1) Sudden on blue moon day, they decide to change the appraisal cycle period by 6 months this year. This is the second time they have done in last 4 years.. Employees get the burn by bearing the loss of salary hike due to shift in period. 2) Though they claim every quarter they are in good profit but only 85% of VP amount was given to employees and no valid reason was given. 3) They used to provide Snacks like ONLY Biscuits but even that was removed due to budget constraint. 4) No work from home facility. 5) Our salary and experience are going parallelly which is not even close to salary standards. 6) No appreciation for good work.
