Pros

Worked on customer issues in RRT (Rapid Response Team). Got the exposure for patch deployments in customer environments. Work-Life balance was good except in some unavoidable circumstances.

Cons

When I joined the company was Microfocus (Product based), after OpenText policies got changed and took time for us to adjust.
