Pros

- Some very talented people who have been promoted properly and are being recognized for their skills - Individual teams are very well-run and you'll learn a lot - Seems to be one of the few companies actively hiring entry level talent

Cons

- Communication across teams is dreadful and often kills momentum on projects that can make a difference - IT team operates in a black box with little to no visibility - releases are not consistent and are not communicated - Duplicate efforts between teams are apparent as info is either duplicated or not present depending on who does what - Multiple shake-ups have made it difficult to trust if leadership is serious about building

Pros

I no longer work there.

Cons

They do not value their employees. I was told to never take more than a week off at a time, or it was proof you were not needed. They do not value their customers. Channels created to allow customer feedback to management were shutdown because management did not want to have to deal with customers upset about product issues caused by their cost cutting.
