1. Many employees with lots of hidden agendas 2. Many employees are self serving and in many cases, not very collaborative 3. Many employees lack basic knowledge of information they are expected to know as part of their role. 3. Performance management process is very subjective and feedback process is inconsistent; surprisingly, even from the senior management level 4. Untrue sense of empowerment as decisions are made and then questioned negatively by management 5. True performers are not always rewarded while those who have accomplished lower value work are promoted upwards in the company. 6. Lack of clear expectations and consistent communication between all levels.
