The team environment is just ok, not very supportive or accommodating to cultural diversity. Encountered a few people that are not genuine and condescending. People always demand to work in their own way, and seniors are not very helpful in providing guidance or feedback. Also, there is no proper performance review process in place, and no recognition or constructive feedback is given to employees, which is very different than B4 firms. Follow-up: Without any notice or warning, I was told to be terminated by the partner and demanded to leave the office right away after this announcement. During the conversation, the partner and HR refused to provide me with any specific reason or feedback for my departure, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It is sad to see other reviewers also had a similar experience. Overall, I would not recommend working for this company.
