Benefits are compatible to other employers, but not great.
The benefits are nice because you can pool your overtime and use it later. But the pay is very weird and differs a lot from employee to employee.
Recently improved benefits to offer more coverage, and transfer of benefits between different items. Significant increase to mental health coverage. They also offer RRSP match 3% which is great, life insurance and disability.

Recent change to a pool of health benefits for alternate providers makes it much easier and more affordable to have care from a provider of choice for most of the year. Vision could use an improvement; many at an office job require optometric care and the funds allocated do not sufficiently cover related costs.
