‘four weeks, ten days sick plus a few personal days. It was a good combination’
The benefits package was standard. It gets better over time the longer you stay with the company.
Solid starting package for an entry-level job. But vacation is super standard nothing special other companies are way better. Paramedical and Health services coverage has 100% coverage but not very high coverage compared to other consulting or accounting firms.
Benefit package is great. Time off is also great. Have to work busy season but that’s expected
4 weeks of holidays, 4% matched pension, standard medical benefits, EAP, quarterly subsidy for health and wellness (ie gym membership), bonus based on performance
