Worked on a variety of projects, fast-paced, and dynamic. Great place to gain a lot of experience over a short period of time. You work with smart and motivated people. Good working team environment. I enjoyed my time there.
Cons
Consulting can feel like a steep learning curve as it's fast-paced and budget focused. There's a lot of pressure to get your work done in the preset hours for the 'consultant' (you) allocated in the overall project budget - I found these hours allocated often unrealistic with partners intentionally pricing the project budget lower than anticipated to win projects. This inevitably leads to a lot of top down pressure from management and a stressful environment. That said, you get more efficient over time. Work culture is accounting firm bland. Also, compensation is lower than competitors. You're trading that in for work experience and they know it.
