      Pros

      - Easy place to keep your job while not doing much

      Cons

      - Chaotic management (in part because of merger with US company followed by spin-off as separate company within 2 years) - Generally failed to deal with performance problems and failed to reward good workers - Accumulated technical debt over entire time I was there (few significant changes to infrastructure for > 5 years)
