Pros
I was pushed pretty hard but it was really worth it. Early on, you probably will not have a great work life balance but after 6-7 months it eases up as you gain trust and know what you're doing. I learned so much and it was worth it!
Cons
Learning curve can be steep for new grads, work life balance will be pretty bad at the beginning
